long will it take for me to receive my order? |

to ship tickets and eBay auction items within 3 business
days. Sports Memorabilia items typically ship within 7 business days. If you are
under time constraints, please let us know and we will make
every effort to work with you. That policy remains
true even during the holiday season. Rush orders may
be available at additional costs. Currently we utilize
confirmed shipping from both Fed Ex and Priority Mail from
the U. S. Post Office. Be sure to provide us with your
complete street address for problem-free delivery. |

for gift card orders. They must be placed by

what someone wanted. We do offer a simple return

company return policy can be broken down into two
categories. The first is related to sporting, concert
and Broadway event tickets. Because of the nature of
these events, we can not
accept returns on any ticket purchases. |

other purchases fall into the second category, and may be
returned for exchange within 14 days after purchase.
However, shipping charges (both to and from) will not be
reimbursed. |
